Founding member terms
Parlo is free during the beta. In the app you can reserve a founding price for a future Premium plan. Here is exactly what that means.
No payment
Reserving a founding price costs nothing and no payment details are asked. Parlo sells nothing today: the app is free during the beta.
What you reserve
A lower price for Parlo Premium, if and when it launches: the Exam Pass at C$35.99 for 3 months instead of C$59.99, or Monthly at C$14.99 instead of C$24.99. Prices are in Canadian dollars; the App Store shows them in your currency. You keep the founding price for as long as your subscription stays active.
An intention, on both sides
A reservation is not a purchase and not a contract. You are free not to subscribe, and you can cancel the reservation in the app at any time. We intend to honour every confirmed reservation at launch, but Premium may launch later than hoped, change, or not launch at all.
What changes when Premium launches
Today everything in the app is open, within daily limits. When Premium launches, the free plan will have weekly limits on live speaking sessions and corrections; Premium removes them. We will write to founding members first.
Limited spots
There are 1,000 founding spots. The counter in the app shows the real number left. The offer closes when they are taken or when Premium launches.
Your email
We use the email you give only to confirm your reservation and to tell you when Premium launches, with your founding price. You tick the consent box yourself, and you can cancel at any time; the reservation is deleted with your account.
